Can I use Floxara for free?Getting started
Yes. The Free plan is available indefinitely and includes a personal workspace. AI generation uses points based on task specifications, with a complete quote before submission.
How do I choose a tool and model?Getting started
Choose a workflow from the tool library based on your goal, then balance quality, speed and point budget when selecting a model. Every tool includes recommended defaults.
Will a task continue after I close the page?Tasks and assets
Yes. Tasks continue on the server. Reopen Task Centre to recover real progress and final outputs.
Are points charged for failed tasks?Tasks and assets
Points are reserved on submission. A failed or cancelled task releases or compensates them according to settlement rules, and every change appears in the point ledger.
Which payment methods are supported?Account and billing
Floxara charges in MYR and connects to Malaysian payment methods through Billplz. Current options are shown during checkout.
What is the difference between subscriptions and point packs?Account and billing
Subscriptions provide ongoing storage, concurrency and priority entitlements plus monthly points. Point packs top up generation capacity on demand.
Are uploaded materials public?Security and privacy
No, not by default. Materials are isolated by workspace and available only to authorised members. Sharing and publishing always show the access scope first.
How do I export or delete personal data?Security and privacy
Open Privacy Centre in Account to request an export or account deletion. Sensitive requests require identity verification again.
