These terms govern the rights and responsibilities between you and Floxara for the platform, AI creation, workspaces and paid services.

Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and take responsibility for authorised activity. Minors require guardian consent.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or abusive activity, malware distribution, security bypass or unauthorised access.

Content and licence

You retain rights you lawfully hold in inputs and outputs, and grant Floxara permission to process them only to provide, protect and improve the requested service. You must have the right to submit all inputs.

AI output

AI output can be inaccurate, non-unique or similar to third-party content. Review it before publication or high-risk use and verify required rights yourself.

Fees and points

Prices shown at submission or checkout apply. Points are not currency and cannot be redeemed for cash. Billing pages and applicable policies govern refunds, failure compensation and expiry.

Suspension and termination

To protect users, the platform or legal compliance, we may restrict suspected violations and provide applicable appeal channels.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
