Task interruption, retry and recovery

Continue tracking long tasks after a refresh or network interruption.

   Every created task receives a unique identifier.

   The page reconnects and fills missing states automatically; do not submit again.

   The system retries recoverable faults; terminal errors include an actionable reason.

   If progress stalls for a long time, contact support with the task ID instead of creating duplicates.
